Internal information disclosure via encoded IP bypass

Information leakage in The Librarian 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read internal web content through web_fetch. The web_fetch destination check accepts alternate numeric IPv4 forms that Python resolves to loopback or private addresses, causing the hosted backend to fetch and return attacker-selected content. No privileges or user interaction are required; exposed data is limited to HTTP content reachable from the service, including internal services and instance metadata.
