Remote code execution in Spacelabs Healthcare Sentinel before 11.6.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via .NET Remoting. The unauthenticated HTTP channel on port 8989 accepts valid .NET URI endpoints for arbitrary file reads and writes, including ASPX webshell writes into IIS wwwroot. Exploitation requires deliberate network exposure of port 8989, which is closed by default, and grants code execution through the written webshell.
