Token theft via authorization-preserving artifact redirect

URL redirection in the repository_pages API in GitHub Enterprise Server allows remote authenticated users to steal a privileged JWT. The API follows redirects while fetching an artifact URL and forwards its authorization header, exposing the Actions.ManageOrgs JWT to the redirect destination. Exploitation requires instance access, user interaction, and a legacy redirect to an attacker-controlled domain; the stolen token enables privileged actions, including remote code execution.
