Token reuse via unredacted logging
Published Jan 17, 2026 · Updated Jan 17, 2026
Sensitive-data exposure in Absolute Security Secure Access Server 12.70 through 14.19 allows local users to read tokens from logs. The server logging subsystem records an authentication token without redaction when affected configurations enable the relevant logging path. An attacker with high-privilege local log access can extract and replay the token against an integrated system, gaining only the access granted by that token.
