Unauthenticated server crash via crafted packet
Published Jan 17, 2026 · Updated Jan 17, 2026
Denial of service in Absolute Secure Access Server before 14.20 allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to crash the server. Absolute has not disclosed which packet type or server parser mishandles the crafted input, or the incorrect operation that exhausts resources. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires network adjacency and additional environmental conditions; the documented effect is a server crash only.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
