Authenticated RFC execution via missing authorization check

Missing authorization in SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and ABAP Platform allows remote authenticated users to execute background RFCs. The background RFC processing path omits the required S_RFC authorization check in cases SAP has not publicly identified. Low-privileged accounts can therefore invoke unauthorized remote functions that alter application state or interrupt service, while confidentiality is unaffected.
