Missing authorization in SAP EHS Management allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete EHS change-pointer data. The affected EHS operation exposes hardcoded clear-text credentials and accepts manipulated user parameters to bypass its password check before processing change-pointer records. A low-privilege application account and network access are required; exploitation can affect downstream systems through unauthorized change-pointer updates but does not interrupt availability.
