CVE-2026-0498Network attack vector

Admin code execution via RFC function module

Published Jan 13, 2026 · Updated Jan 13, 2026

Code injection in SAP S/4HANA S4CORE 102 through 109 allows remote authenticated users with admin privileges to execute code via RFC. An RFC-exposed function module accepts attacker-controlled ABAP code or OS commands and executes them without essential authorization checks. Administrative access is required, but successful exploitation permits full compromise of application data and system operation.
