Stored XSS in Live Helper Chat before 4.72 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript by uploading a crafted PDF file. The PDF upload path stores attacker-controlled active content and serves it through an application-generated download link without neutralization. Exploitation requires a user to download and open the uploaded PDF, exposing data available in that user's local context.
