Protection mechanism failure in Prisma Access Agent before 26.2 on Windows allows local users to exfiltrate sensitive data. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the code-level operation that lets local transfers evade configured Endpoint DLP policy enforcement. A low-privileged local user needs no special configuration or user interaction to bypass those controls; macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS are unaffected.
