Improper privilege management in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Browser 150.33.2.0 through 150.33.2.45 allows local users to gain root privileges. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the affected macOS component or the operation that improperly crosses the administrator-to-root privilege boundary. Exploitation requires a locally authenticated administrator, macOS filesystem access, and active user interaction; successful exploitation grants root-level device control.
