Local VPN enforcement bypass

Security control bypass in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Agent before 26.2.1 allows local users to route traffic outside the VPN tunnel. Palo Alto Networks has not published the affected component or how an alternate traffic path evades tunnel enforcement. Low-privileged local access is required, no special configuration is needed, and the consequence is limited to bypassing VPN routing policy without reported service interruption.
