Path control in Palo Alto Networks WildFire Appliance allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive data and delete arbitrary files. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the affected component or how attacker-controlled file names or paths reach read and delete operations. Low-privileged network access and the default non-FIPS configuration are required; WildFire Public Cloud is unaffected.
