Unauthenticated outbound request forgery via IKEv2 certificate URLs

SSRF in the IKEv2 implementation of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS allows remote attackers to trigger outbound requests or service interruption. The IKEv2 certificate URL fetcher processes certificate URLs without adequately restricting request destinations; the exact validation failure is undisclosed. Exposure requires a Site-to-Site VPN Gateway configured for IKEv2, and exploitation can access unintended destinations or interrupt firewall availability.
