Authenticated database takeover via SQL injection
Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026
SQL injection in Palo Alto Networks Trust Protection Foundation allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary database commands. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the vulnerable endpoint, parameter, or query construction that fails to neutralize attacker-controlled input. Access requires an adjacent network position and no special configuration; exploitation permits database reads and writes and full platform administration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=24.1.0 <24.1.13 changes=[{"at":"24.1.13","status":"unaffected"}]
