CVE-2026-0162Network attack vector

Remote code execution via audio payload type confusion

Published Jun 16, 2026 · Updated Jun 16, 2026

Type confusion in Android's AudioSdpParser allows attackers to execute code remotely through crafted audio SDP payloads. ParsePayloads in AudioSdpParser.cpp accesses a payload resource through an incompatible type, corrupting memory. Exploitation requires low privileges but no user interaction; Google separately classifies the Pixel impact as denial of service.
