Authenticated code execution via unchecked T.140 decoding

Out-of-bounds write in Google Android's gIMS component allows remote authenticated users to execute code through crafted T.140 RTP data. TextRtpPayloadDecoderNode::DecodeT140 processes untrusted T.140 payload data without the bounds check needed to prevent an out-of-range write. Exploitation requires low privileges but no user interaction and can corrupt the gIMS process to run attacker-controlled code.
