Local privilege escalation via RTP integer overflow

Integer overflow in libpixelimsmedia on Android kernel allows local users to escalate privileges through a crafted RTP packet. RtpPacket::decodePacket performs overflow-prone integer arithmetic while decoding packet data, resulting in an out-of-bounds access. Exploitation requires existing local access and user interaction; successful exploitation grants higher privileges on the affected device.
