Local privilege escalation via receive-ring bounds omission

Out-of-bounds write in Google Android's AOC kernel component allows local users to escalate privileges without user interaction. EfwApTransport::ProcessRxRing in efw_ap_transport.cc processes the receive ring without the required bounds check and writes past its buffer. A local, unprivileged process can trigger the memory corruption to obtain higher privileges; no remote path or data-only impact is reported.
