Local crash via unbounded checksum signature

Resource exhaustion in Framework checksum verification in Google Android 14 allows local users to crash the device via a crafted signature. ApkChecksums.verifySignature accepts an attacker-controlled signature byte array without an upper size bound before processing it, allowing excessive resource consumption in system_server. A low-privileged local app can trigger the crash without user interaction; the documented consequence is service interruption, not data access or code execution.
