Local wallet disclosure via missing caller permission

Information disclosure in Google Android 14, 15, 16, and 16 QPR2 allows local users to read wallet information without user interaction. The isCallerAllowed check in WalletContextualLocationsService fails to enforce the required permission before wallet information is released. Exploitation requires local execution but no additional execution privileges, and the reported consequence is disclosure only.
