Persistent denial of service via image decoding

Resource exhaustion in Android Framework 14 through 16-qpr2 allows local users to cause a persistent denial of service via a crafted image. LocalImageResolver passes an accepted image to a DNG codec whose dng_opcode_MapTable plane-loop bound can underflow, sustaining resource consumption during header decoding. No additional execution privileges or user interaction are required, and the reported consequence is limited to persistent service interruption.
