Cross-user disclosure via unchecked message array types

Information disclosure in Android 14, 15, 16, and 16-qpr2 allows local users to read data belonging to other device users. Notification.hasImage retrieves EXTRA_MESSAGES as a generic Parcelable array, allowing an unexpected element type to evade URI visitation and permission checks. No privileges or user interaction are required, and Android reports cross-user information exposure as the direct consequence.
