Cross-user information disclosure via incorrect user selection

Information disclosure in Google Android 16 and 16-qpr2 allows local users to obtain cross-user information through CredentialManagerService. updateProvidersWhenServiceRemoved uses the wrong user identifier when updating credential-provider settings and visits services belonging to other users after a package update. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access but no user interaction, and the reported consequence is limited to cross-user information disclosure.
