Remote code execution via mismatched APV dimensions

Heap buffer overflow in Android 16 Media Codecs allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted APV media file without user interaction. The libopenapv decoder sizes output buffers from dimensions in an AU_INFO payload but decodes pixels using larger dimensions from the FRAME payload without cross-checking them, writing beyond the allocated heap buffers. Automatic media scanning or thumbnail generation can reach the decoder when the file arrives on a device, and successful corruption grants code execution in the media codec process.
