Service interruption via unchecked packet sequencing

Improper packet-sequence validation in PcVue Networking allows attackers to stop affected server applications with crafted messages. The TCP client/server Networking server fails to check packet ordering before processing a message sequence, so malformed sequencing stops the process. Exploitation requires local-network access plus knowledge of payload structures, IP addresses, and the specific Networking configuration; the consequence is a server-process outage.
