CVE-2025-9987Network attack vector

Subscriber-level disclosure via sponsored metadata AJAX action

Published May 13, 2026 · Updated May 13, 2026

Sensitive information exposure in Broadstreet 1.53.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read protected business details. The get_sponsored_meta() AJAX handler returns metadata from password-protected and private business entries to low-privilege callers; published material does not identify the missing check or unsafe lookup. A WordPress Subscriber account is sufficient, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of those details.
