Authentication bypass in Imran Sayed Orion SMS OTP Verification 1.1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over WordPress accounts. The password-reset flow updates an account password to a one-time password without establishing that the requester owns the account. Knowledge of the phone number linked to a target account is sufficient; no prior authentication or user interaction is required.
