Authenticated command execution via unrestricted PHP upload
Published Sep 4, 2025 · Updated Sep 4, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in CodeAstro Real Estate Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side code. The /register.php handler accepts a uimage filename ending in .php while trusting an image/jpeg content type, then places the supplied PHP in a web-accessible admin/user path. Low-privileged access and no user interaction are required; requesting the uploaded script executes attacker-selected operating-system commands.
