Authentication bypass in SICK analytics products before 4.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to access application data. The login path accepts credentials for user records in the system's local database instead of restricting authentication to the intended source. Possession of a local-database user's credentials is required; successful use grants unauthorized application access with reported confidentiality impact only.
