Code execution via unchecked raster pointer offset

Write-what-where memory corruption in LibTIFF before 4.7.1 allows attackers to execute code through a crafted TIFF image. TIFFReadRGBAImageOriented subtracts an attacker-controlled image height from the requested raster height without first validating their relationship, producing an out-of-bounds raster pointer used for palette-data writes. A user must cause an application to process the file; successful exploitation runs code with that process's permissions, while failed exploitation can crash it.
