Stored XSS via nonce-less settings update

Cross-site request forgery in Ultimate Blogroll 2.5.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to store malicious scripts in plugin settings. The settings handler in gui/Linkpartner.php processes a state-changing request without validating a WordPress nonce and persists attacker-controlled script content. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link; the resulting stored script runs in later page views.
