Authenticated PHP code execution via shortcode file inclusion
Published Sep 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Local file inclusion in Ultimate Classified Listings 1.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code via a shortcode. The uclwp_dashboard handler in classes/class-shortcodes.php passes a user-controlled shortcode parameter to a PHP include operation without restricting it to approved dashboard files. Contributor-level access is required, and code execution additionally depends on an attacker-controlled PHP file already being uploadable and includable.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
