Internal data disclosure via unchecked oEmbed image fetch

SSRF in Ghost 5.99.0 through 5.130.3 and 6.0.0 through 6.0.8 allows remote authenticated users to read internal resources via oEmbed. OEmbedService.fetchImageBuffer uses native fetch on icon and thumbnail URLs supplied by bookmark metadata instead of the SSRF-hardened externalRequest method. Staff access to Ghost Admin is required, and exploitation discloses resources reachable from the Ghost server without altering Ghost data or interrupting service.
