Authenticated CI/CD variable disclosure via implicit Guest access

Missing authorization in affected GitLab releases allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive manual CI/CD variables through GraphQL. The read_manual_variables policy treats every signed-in user as an implicit Guest of internal projects, so the manualVariables field returns key-value pairs without explicit project membership. Any instance account can expose variables entered for an internal project's manual job, but no write or availability impact is reported.
