Unauthenticated stored XSS via unescaped device model
Published Sep 27, 2025 · Updated Sep 27, 2025
Stored XSS in VeronaLabs WP Statistics 14.15.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts via a crafted User-Agent header. The device-model report template in includes/admin/templates/pages/devices/models.php renders a stored model value derived from that header without HTML escaping. No authentication is needed to plant the payload; execution occurs when a privileged WordPress user opens the affected Devices report, exposing that browser session to script actions.
