Stored script execution via unencoded last name

Stored cross-site scripting in RemoteClinic Remote Clinic 2.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts through a crafted last name. staff/edit.php passes the posted last_name value through friendly(), submits it to update_profile(), and later places the stored value unencoded inside an HTML value attribute. The published proof of concept reports that submission requires no login, while script execution requires another user to render the affected edit form.
