Authenticated reflected XSS via unencoded patient search
Published Sep 1, 2025 · Updated Sep 2, 2025
Cross-site scripting in CampCodes Online Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via patient search. The /admin/patient-search.php handler reads the POST searchdata value and echoes it into the result heading without HTML encoding, causing script markup to execute in the response. Administrator access and browser rendering of the crafted search response are required, and the consequence is script execution in the affected page's origin.
