Authentication bypass via injectable login query
Published Aug 31, 2025 · Updated Sep 2, 2025
SQL injection in /login.php in Code Projects Human Resource Integrated System 1.0 allows remote attackers to bypass authentication. The login handler places the user and pass parameters into an SQL authentication query without sanitization or parameterization, allowing Boolean, UNION, and time-delay payloads to alter database execution. No account is required; successful exploitation grants unauthorized application access and supports extraction of sensitive database data.
