Memory corruption via undersized planar YBR_FULL input

Memory corruption in DCMTK dcm2img 3.6.9 and earlier allows local users to corrupt process memory via a crafted DICOM image. The DiYBRPixelTemplate conversion path assumes that all three planar YBR_FULL pixel planes are present and advances Y, Cb, and Cr pointers beyond undersized input. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an invalid image with Planar Configuration 1 whose stored pixel count is shorter than expected.
