Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized ID parameter

SQL injection in SourceCodester Water Billing Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data via the id parameter. paybill.php inserts the unauthenticated id parameter directly into an SQL query without validation, sanitization, or parameter binding. Sending a crafted request to the network-accessible endpoint requires no login and enables database reads or writes within the application database privileges.
