SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Book Store 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the pubid parameter. The publisher_list.php handler passes the pubid value directly into an SQL query without validation or parameterization. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated sqlmap request enumerates databases, while broader impact depends on the database account's privileges.
