Local process crash via unchecked PPS divisor

Divide-by-zero in calc_sleep_time in AppNeta Tcpreplay 4.5.1 allows local users to crash the process via crafted PPS input. The send_packets.c routine divides during packet-rate limiting without checking whether an extremely small PPS value makes the divisor zero. Exploitation requires local execution with a crafted packet capture and PPS parameter and terminates only the invoked tcpreplay process with SIGFPE.
