Quiz disclosure and file upload via missing authorization
Published Jan 6, 2026 · Updated Jan 6, 2026
Missing authorization in Quiz and Survey Master 10.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read restricted quizzes and upload file responses. The REST quiz route and quiz-manager response handlers return quiz data and accept uploaded answers without capability or quiz-status checks. No account is required; the demonstrated impact is restricted-content disclosure and file-response submission, not code execution.
