OAuth token theft via missing opener isolation

Origin validation error in pgAdmin 4 before 9.8 allows remote authenticated users to steal OAuth tokens through a malicious parent window. The response-header path omits Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy, leaving the OAuth login browsing context coupled to its opener and redirectable to an attacker-controlled client. OAuth must be enabled in server mode and a victim must complete the attacker-initiated flow; a stolen mail-scoped token exposes email and password-reset messages.
