Configuration modification via missing nonce validation
Published Oct 11, 2025 · Updated Oct 11, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in softwud Page Blocks 1.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify widget page block configurations. The admin_process_widget_page_change function processes a widget page change without valid WordPress nonce verification. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to submit an attacker-forged request, such as by clicking a crafted link; the resulting change is limited to widget page block configuration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
