Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped date format

Stored XSS in Redux Framework 4.5.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcode data. Redux_Shortcodes::date passes the attacker-controlled data value to gmdate as a format string and returns its generated text without HTML escaping, so escaped literal markup reaches post output. Contributor-level access and a post using the shortcode extension are required; the script executes in a visitor's browser when the stored page is viewed.
