Stack-based buffer overflow in Linksys RE6250, RE6300, RE6350, RE6500, RE7000, and RE9000 allows remote authenticated users to crash devices. The mod_form.so portRangeForwardAdd function copies oversized ruleName, schedule, inboundFilter, TCPPorts, and UDPPorts values into a stack-local buffer without bounds checks, overwriting its return address. A valid management session is required; the published proof of concept causes persistent service interruption, while arbitrary-code execution is asserted but not demonstrated.
