Code execution via crafted SLDPRT file parsing
Published Dec 15, 2025 · Updated Dec 15, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Autodesk Shared Components before 2026.5 allows attackers to execute code through a crafted SLDPRT file. Autodesk has not identified the parser routine or boundary-check failure that reads beyond the SLDPRT file buffer. A user must open or import the file in an affected Autodesk 2026 desktop product; exploitation can crash the process, disclose sensitive data, or run code with the process's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
