Unauthenticated database manipulation via unsanitized id parameter

SQL injection in CampCodes Online Water Billing System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data via the id parameter. The editecex.php endpoint inserts the POST id value directly into an SQL query without validation, sanitization, or parameter binding. No authentication is required; a demonstrated time-based blind payload can disclose data, modify records, or delay database responses.
